  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

  • After processing, delivery takes approximately 5 – 6 business days.

  • Total estimated delivery time = 8 – 10 business days from order date.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

  • You can track your package using the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Voralyne Dream Linens is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
