1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed bedding

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Wrong size

    • Wrong color

    • Defective or incorrect product received

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos if product is damaged or incorrect

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

5. Refund Timeframe

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a notification email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover shipping costs.

  • If return is due to customer preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After processing begins, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
